BRIGHTON & HOVE CITY COUNCIL NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 DECLARATION OF NATURE RESERVE PARISH OF ROTTINGDEAN, BRIGHTON & HOVE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19 of the above-mentioned Act that by the Declaration referred to as Beacon Hill Nature Reserve 2017, made on the 6th September 2017, 26.70 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parish of Rottingdean, in Brighton & Hove and shown edged red on the plan marked Beacon Hill Local Nature Reserve - New Boundary attached to the said Declaration, is being managed as a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of Brighton & Hove City Council, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove BN3 3BQ from Monday to Friday inclusive during the normal office hours. A copy may also be obtained by emailing a request to Legal.Services@brighton-hove.gov.uk
