OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL HIGH STREET, KINGSTON BLOUNT: PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING BUILD-OUTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to construct the following traffic calming measures under the Highways Act 1980 section 90 on High Street in Kingston Blount at the following locations: 

Kerbed build-outs (approx 10m long by 2.5m wide): o Eastern end (on the south side of the carriageway) -approx. 65 metres north-east of its junction with Icknield Close, with priority given to traffic travelling north-eastwards out the village,  Western end (on the north side of the carriageway) -approx. 100 metres south-west of its junction with Stert Road, with priority given to traffic travelling south-westwards out of the village.

Documents giving more details of all of the proposals are available for public inspection online by visiting: https:llconsultations.oxfordshire.gov.uk, or in person at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OXI IND and at Chinnor Library, Station Road, Chinnor, OX39 4PU, from 9.30am to 12.30pm & 2pm to 5.30pm Monday & Wednesday,2pm to 7pmThursday, 2pm to 5.30pm Friday, and from 9.30am to 1pm on Saturday Objections to the proposal, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and any other representations should be sent in writing to the address below or via the web address above no later than 13 October 2017. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
