LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET THE BARNET (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.**) TRAFFIC ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. In order to address concerns about speeding, and improve general road safety in the vicinity of Moss Hall School, the general effect of the Order would be to introduce amaximum speed limit of 20mph in the length of streets specified below:

1. Essex Park N3 - between its junction with Nether Street and its junction with Wentworth Avenue
2. Nether Street N3 - between outside No. 225 Nether Street and its junction with Alexandra Grove
3. Hillcourt Avenue N12 -entire length
4. Moss Hall Grove N12-entire length
5. Moss Hall Crescent N12 -entire length
6. Thyra Grove N12 - entire length
7. Service road fronting Nos. 219 to 235 Nether Street -entire length

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send awritten statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number BC/000864-24, to the Design Team, 11th Floor, Highways, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ or via email to traffic. consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
