PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2126 Churchill Lane, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2126 Churchill Lane, Kidderminster from its junction with C2061 Stakenbridge Lane to its junction with C2126 Waggon Lane in order to facilitate tree cutting work away from power line cables. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Diversion for small vehicles – C2126 Churchill Lane, U13410 Mill Lane, U13410 Station Drive, A456 Birmingham Road, U13403 Stoney Lane and vice versa Diversion for HGV – C2126 Churchill Lane, A456 Birmingham Road, A449 Chester Road North, A449 Stourbridge Road, A451 Stourbridge Road, C2061 Rocky Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 18 September 2017.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2017 [Limited Waiting on Queen’s Way (layby), Bewdley] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 1 hour no return within 1 hour 8.00am - 6.00pm on the following length and side of roads in Bewdley:-: Queen’s Way (layby) (west side) from a point 8 metres south of its junction with Springhill Rise for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-: A456 Birmingham Road (northwest side) from a point 11.5 metres south west of its junction with Shrubbery Street for a distance of 18.5 metres in a south westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. Order made: to close that part of C2189 Porchbrook Road, Kidderminster from its junction with C2132 Rectory Lane to its junction with C2191 Greenway in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2189 Quarry Road, C2189 Boraston Road, C2193 Gorst Hill, C2193 Pound Lane, A456 Tenbury Road, C2132 Rectory Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 18 September 2017.

NB: Highway section to be closed in previous notice has been amended. (A448 Comberton Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of A448 Comberton Road, Kidderminster from its junction with Hill Grove Crescent to its junction with Barnetts Lane in order to facilitate water utility works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Comberton Road, A448 Stone Hill, A448 Bromsgrove Road, A450 Worcester Road, A442 Droitwich Road, A449 Worcester Road, A449 Chester Road, South and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 17 September 2017.

(Queen Elizabeth Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Queen Elizabeth Road, Kidderminster from its junction with Norton Road to its junction with Coronation Way in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Coronation Way, Doverdale Avenue, Broom Street, Hawford Avenue and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 10 October 2017.
