NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER Mickleton Bridleway 23 (Part) PUBLIC PATH ORDER 2017 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 On 29 August 2017
Cotswold District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed is TO DIVERT the entire width of that length of Mickleton Bridleway 23 running from OS Grid Ref SP 41626 24345 (Point A) in a southerly direction for approximately 24m to SP 41627 24343 (Point B) and continuing in a south westerly direction for approximately 49m to SP41631 24340 (Point C) as shown on the Order Plan and shown by a bold continuous line between Points A – B – C AND CREATE the alternative bridleway with a width of 4m running from OS Grid Ref SP41626 24345 (Point A) in an approximately east south easterly direction for approximately 33m to SP 41630 24344 (Point D), continuing in a southerly direction for approximately 45m to SP 41631 24340 (Point C) re-joining Mickleton Bridleway 23 as marked on the Definitive Map for the Parish of Mickleton as shown on the Order Plan.
A copy of the confirmed Order and Order map may be seen free of charge at the Customer Services, Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and online at www.cotswold.gov.uk (Details may not be posted on the web-site until after this notice is issued; if you cannot find the relevant details, please try again the next day.). Copies of the Order and map may be purchased there, at the price of £1 for the first A4 sheet and 20p per sheet thereafter. This order comes into force on the date on which the Gloucestershire County Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on which the Notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of schedule 14 to that Act Dated 7th September 2017 Planning and Development Manager Development Control, Cotswold District Council
