LICENCING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We King Edward VI School Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows:

King Edward VI School, Kellett Road Southampton S0157UQ

The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
Add the sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises)
Sunday 13:00-23:00 Amended plans due to new layout following building works

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices ol the Licensing Team at Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am - 12pm and from 2-4pm or on the internet at www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing   Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between the 19th September 2017 and 17th October 2017.

Please note that it is an ofFence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
