Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATHS F91001, ZE18 & ZE23, KINGTON (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 temporarily closing these said footpaths from OS Grid References SO 2980, 5681 to 2992, 5687; SO 2980, 5681 to 2981, 5679; SO 2992, 5682 to 2994, 5679 and at SO 2992, 5687. The closure is required while Western Power Distribution carry out work. Alternative routes are via Broadschool Lane, Gravel Hill Drive and Greenfield Drive. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council’s website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order is intended to come into operation on 18 September 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
