(Batchley Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Batchley Road, Redditch from its junction with Willow Way to its junction with Oak Tree Avenue in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisno other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Oak Tree Avenue, Salters Lane, U31068 Foxlydiate Crescent, U31003 Foxlydiate Crescent, Willow Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 9 October 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Heathfield Road, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Redditch: Heathfield Road (northwest side) from a point 12 metres north east of its junction with Downsell Road for a distance of 29 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. AcopyofthedraftOrder,relevantplanandStatement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
