(Fockbury Mill Lane & Snakes Lake Lane, Worms Ash/Dodford)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Fockbury Mill Lane & Snakes Lake Lane, Worms Ash/Dodford from its junction with Perryfields Road to its junction with Bromsgrove Road in order to facilitate Carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Perryfield Road, A448 Kidderminster Road, Fockbury Road, CockshuttLane, SnakesLakeLaneand viceversa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 5 October 2017.
(C2084 Swan Lane, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2084 Swan Lane, Bromsgrove from its junction with Rectory Lane for a distance of 396 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate BT ducting works.
Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandor premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2084 Swan Lane, A38 Worcester Road, A38 Motorway junction, A38 Rashwood Hill, Ford Lane, C2082 Crutch Lane, C2083 Crutch Lane, C2083 Berry Lane, C2084 Swan Lane and vice versa.

(C2085 Addis Lane, Cutnall Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2085 Addis Lane, Cutnall Green from its junction with A442 Kidderminster Road to its junction with C2085 Elmbridge in order to facilitate new fibre optic works.

(Brook Road, Fairfield, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of Brook Road, Fairfield, Bromsgrove from its junction with C2062 Dordale Road to its junction with Bournheath Road in order to facilitate electrical works.

(C2163 Odnall Lane, Clent)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2163 Odnall Lane, Clent from its junction with C2002 Church Avenue for a distance of 220 metres in a westerly direction in order tofacilitate gasandcarriagewayworks.
Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandor premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where thereisno other form ofaccess;and to allowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2002 Church Lane, C2003 Bromsgrove Road and Roundabout, C2163 Woodman Lane, C2163 Odnall Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
9 October 2017.
(Footpath DW-508, Droitwich)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Proposed Order: to close Footpath DW-508, Droitwich for its entire length. TheOrder isbeingmadeto facilitatenewhousingdevelopmentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowthenecessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U41455 Holly Close, U41454 Maytree Hill, U41417 Primsland Way, U41424 Newland Road and footpath DW-503, Droitwich, and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 4 October 2017.
(BromsgroveDistrict)(Civil EnforcementArea)(WaitingRestrictionsandStreet Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Birmingham Road, Bromsgrove] On 31 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Bromsgrove:
Birmingham Road (west side) from a point 15 metres south of its junction with
Uplands Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a southerly direction (outside No. 27).
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 14 September 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order
maybeinspectedatBromsgroveDistrictCouncil,CustomerServiceCentre,Parkside,
Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
