SPECIAL MEMBERS' MEETING
To be held in the Lower Market Hall, Hawkshead THURSDAY 12th OCTOBER 2017 at 3.00 pm
AGENDA
The Committee wish to update the present rules, to make them more suitable for the business we have today. The main focus would be to ensure that the properties and capital are safeguarded for the community in the future. The resolutions would be:
1. To change the name to be Hawkshead Society for the Benefit of the Community. [NOTE: The Society would still be a limited company under the umbrella of the Co-operative Society]

2. To provide housing for people within the community

3. To make donations for the benefit of the people resident in the Parish Council areas of Hawkshead, Satterthwaite and Claife.

4. To safeguard any funds for the future maintenance of properties and the use of the community.
