(ADDERBURY PARISH) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 4 September 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under Section 84 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The order replaces the Oxfordshire County Council (Adderbury Parish) (Speed Limits) Order 2012, the effect, which comes into force on 11 September 2017, is to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on Milton Road by 160 metres to a point 191 metres west of St Marys Close, in place of the National 60mph limit. A copy of the order and detailed documents may be inspected at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday; and at Adderbury Library, Church House, High Street, OXI7 3LS,from 10am to 12pm & 3pm to 7pm Tuesday; 2pm to 5pm & 6pm to 7pmThursday; 10am to 12pm & 2pm to 5pm, Friday; and from 9.30am to Ipm Saturday.
