WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Person' Parking Place and Limited Waiting and Revocation of Disabled Persons' Parking Place and Restriction of Waiting on Church Street, Market Square, Tenbury Wells]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to vary waiting restrictions on the following lengths and side of road in Church Road, Market Square, Tenbury
Wells (west side) as follows:-Create a disabled persons' parking place from a point 67.7 metres north of its junction with Cross Street for a distance of 4.6 metres in a northerly direction. Limit Waiting 1 hour Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm no return within 1 hour from a point 52 metres north of its junction with Cross Street for a distance of 13.3 metres in a northerly direction.
Revoke restriction of waiting Monday - Saturday
9.00am - 6.00pm from a point 52 metres north of its junction with Cross Street for a distance of 7.3 metres
in a northerly direction. Revoke Disabled Persons'
Parking Place from a point 59.3 metres north of its junction with Cross Street for a distance of 6.0 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk  to be received by 5 October 2017.
