OPEN SPACE NOTICE WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) TRANSFER of two Open Space Sites
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wycombe District Council ("theCouncil") intends to dispose of two sites held by the Council comprising open space land to Hughenden Parish Council. The two sites being those set out in the Schedule below are to be continued to be used for their respective present uses. Plans showing the two sites may be inspected free of charge at the Council's Customer Service Centre at the address below from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours 08.45 - 17.15 (16.45 Fridays). Any observations/objections on the intended transfers of the sites must be made in writing and received by the undersigned not later than 25 September 2017.

Schedule
1. Land in Ash Close, Walters Ash.
2. Land on the west side of Purssells Meadow, Naphill.
