NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 VALE OF WHITE HORSE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH HARWELL No 243/3 (LAND TO THE WEST OF THE GREAT WESTERN PARK: VALLEY PARK) PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017 - No. 2
On 29 August 2017 Vale of White Horse District Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the footpath as described in Schedule 1 of this notice and as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £10 This Order comes into force on the date that Oxfordshire County Council certifies the Order, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above
Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

metres to Grid Reference 4938 9052 (Point C).
