LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (NI) ORDER 1985 ARTICLE 3 and SCHEDULE 1 APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF AN ENTERTAINMENTS LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that, we Gerald and Patricia Mulligan of 19-21 Main Street, Newtownbutler have made application to Fermanagh & Omagh District Council for the renewal of an Entertainment Licence, in accordance with the above Order, authorising the provision of the following Entertainment i.e: - Dancing, Singing, Music like kind, Public Contests, Matches, Exhibition, Displays of Billiards, Pool, Snooker or similar games, Darts at Mulligans Bar, 19-21 Main Street, Newtownbutler, BT92 8JW
