Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to the London Borough of Harrow for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Store C, St Ann's Shopping Centre Harrow HA1 1AS for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Chief Environmental Health Officer, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 16 Station Road Harrow Middlesex HA1 2UT by 27/09/2017 specifying the grounds of objection. Note also that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of those objections will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before a committee of the Council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction of the offence is unlimited.
