NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Mildred Avenue, Watford from its junction with Harwoods Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 138 metres ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative westbound route will be via Harwoods Road, Kings Avenue, Queens Avenue and Mildred Avenue
An alternative eastbound route will be via Mildred Avenue, Queens Avenue, Kensington Avenue and Harwoods Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 13 September 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF A5135 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedal cyclists from using the cycleway situated on the south side of A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from its junction with Maxwell Road south westwards for adistance of approximately 40 metres ("the Cycleway"). Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because electrical cabling works are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 September 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Cycleway.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING AND TEMPORARYWAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. that length of Nascot Wood Road, Watford from its junction with Ridge Lane south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Langley Road, adistance of approximately 832 metres. An alternative route will be via Ridge Lane, A411 Hempstead Road and Langley Road.
2. that length of Park Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road south eastwards to its junction with Church Road, adistance of approximately 483 metres. An alternative route will be via Langley Road and Church Road.
3. that length of Stratford Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road north eastwards to its junction with Church Road, a distance of approximately 354 metres. An alternative route will be via Langley Road and Church Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 September 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYWAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS ON VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD DURING THE 'CASSIOBURYPARK FIREWORKS DISPLAY") ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading on both sides of the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Gade Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

2. that length of Swiss Avenue, Watford from its junction with Gade Avenue north eastwards to its junction with Cassiobury Park Avenue, a distance of approximately 305 metres.

3. that length of Swiss Close, Watford from its junction with Swiss Avenue north westwards and clockwise for its entire length.

4. that length of Shepherds Road, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards for its entire length.

5. that length of CassioburyPark Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards to its junction with Gade Avenue, adistance of approximately 1014 metres.

6. that length of Oak View, Watford from its junction with Gade Avenue westwards, northwards and southwards for its entire length.

7. that length of Coningesby Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards for its entire length.

8. that length of Langley Way, Watford from its junction with the Cassiobury Drive roundabout south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive, a distance of approximately 370 metres.

9. that length of De Vere Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Waysouth eastwards for its entire length.

10. that length of Capelvere Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards for its entire length.

11. that length of Richmond Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Waysouth eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive, a distance of approximately 340 metres.

12. that length of Bellmount Wood Avenue, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards, northwards and north eastwards to its junction with Cassiobury Drive, adistance of approximately 428 metres.

13. that length of Berceau Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Waysouth eastwards for its entire length.

14. that length of Trefusis Walk, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards for its entire length.

15. that length of Parkside Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Waysouth eastwards to its junction with The Gardens, a distance of approximately 495 metres.

The Order is needed to ensure public safety and prevent accidents during the 'CassioburyPark Fireworks Display'.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 4November 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
