BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BINFIELD, WARFIELD AND WIN KFI ELD) (RESTRICTED ROAD AND SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017 NO. 2
Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes has made an Order under Sections 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of
Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("The Act").
Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are:-
1. To introduce the new lengths of speed limits as detailed in Schedules 1 and 2
2. To revoke the existing lengths of speed limits as detailed in Schedule 3

The Order was made on the 11*n September 2017 and will come into effect on the 18*n September 2017 Order to be Consolidated into this Order and revoked:
Bracknell Forest Borough Council (Various Roads, Binfield, Warfield and Winkfield) (Speed Limit) Order 2017.
All existing speed limits contained in the above Order but not mentioned in the Schedules will remain in force and be
consolidated into this Traffic Regulation Order.
Order to be partially revoked:
Royal County of Berkshire (40mph Speed Limit) (London Road A329 and New Forest Ride) (Winkfield and Bracknell) (No: 8) Order 1985.
All existing speed limits contained in the above Order but not mentioned in the Schedules will remain in force. Further Details:
Copies of this notice, the Order and Plans may be inspected at the Environment, Culture and Communities Department reception, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Objections:
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 13tn day of September 2017, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
