Applicant: Worcestershire County Council Proposal: Proposed Flood Alleviation Works to improve the flood resilience of the A44 Location: Land on New Road, Worcester
Worcestershire County Council is applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The development is
located within the Riverside Conservation Area and may affect the setting of Listed Buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments. You may inspect copies of the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and
other documents submitted with it at: Worcester Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB; County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP; www.worcestershire.gov. uk/planningapplications during office hours from 7th September 2017 until 28th September 2017.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement and Planning Statement so

(one paper copy).

email/post to the address below. The period for making representations about this proposal ends on 28th September 2017. Please state whether you
would wish to address the Planning & Regulatory
Committee if given the opportunity. Details of all correspondence regarding any Planning Application
