(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting and Limited Waiting Except for Permit Holders on Barbourne Terrace, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to replace limited waiting 45 minutes, no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm with limited waiting 45 minutes, no return within 2 hours Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm except for permit holders on the following lengths and sides of roads in
Worcester:
Barbourne Terrace (north side) from a point 30 metres west of its junction with Barbourne Road for a distance of 18 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for
proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council,
Customer Service Centre The Hive Sawmill Walk The Butts Worcester WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire. gov.ukto be received by 5 October 2017.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Church Road and Vauxhall Street, Worcester] and Worcestershire County Council (Church Road and Vauxhall Street, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2017.
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making Orders the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Church Road (north side) from a point 85 metres east of its junction with Astwood Road for a distance of 129 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Vauxhall Street to a point 8 metres east of that junction; from its junction with Astwood Road for a distance of 90 metres in a westerly direction. Vauxhall Street (east side) from its junction with Astwood Road to its junction with Church Road; (west side) from its junction with Church Road for adistance of 10 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and
will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and
limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Council are also to consider imposing a one-way traffic Order on the following roads:-
Church Road from its junction with Vauxhall Street to its junction with
Astwood Road. Traffic may only proceed in an easterly direction.
Vauxhall Street from its junction with Astwood Road to its junction with
Church Road. Traffic may only proceed in a north westerly direction. The Order will not apply to road cleansing vehicles.

On 24 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the
effect of which will be to replace prohibition of waiting at any time with
Buses/Coaches only parking 20 minutes no return within 1 hour on the
following length and side of road in Worcester:
City Walls Road (west side) from a point 37 metres north of its junction with Charles Street for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes. The Order will come into operation on 14 September 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the
Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service
Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

On 24 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the
effect of which will be to impose resident and visitor permit holders only
parking on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Cumberland Street (north side) from a point 8.5 metres east of its junction With White Ladies Close to its junction with Somerset Place; (south side) from a point 7.5 metres east of its junction with White Ladies Close to a point 8.8 metres west of its junction with Lansdowne Street; and from its
junction with Lansdowne Street to its junction with Somerset Place.
Lansdowne Street (west side) from a point 9.6 metres south of its junction with Cumberland Street to its junction with White Ladies Walk; (east side) from its junction with Cumberland Street to its junction with White Ladies Walk. White Ladies Close (east side) from a point 4.8 metres south of its junction with Cumberland Street to its junction with White Ladies Walk. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions). (TOUR OF BRITAIN, WORCESTERSHIRE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS)(SPECIAL EVENT) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council have made an Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to facilitate the holding of the Tour of Britain cycle race through Worcestershire on 10 September 2017. In brief the effect of the order will be as follows:-
On 10 September 2017 there will be rolling road closures as the Tour of
Britain cycle race passes from its start point in Worcester City centre
through Wychavon District Area and Malvern Hills District Area.
There are exemptions to restrictions for emergency services, authorised
Event officials, safety officials and pedestrian access to premises.
Approximate times of closures in specific areas are set out on the schedule
attached to this notice, but are subject to change at any time.
The Order will be in operation on 10 September 2017.

(Bridleways NJ-501 Norton Juxta Kempsey and WT-572, Whittington and part of Bridleway NJ-500, Norton Juxta Kempsey)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017
Order made: to close Bridleways NJ-501 Norton Juxta Kempsey and WT-572, Whittington for their entire lengths and part of Bridleway NJ-500, Norton Juxta Kempsey between grid references 386753 252346 and 386760 252333.
The Order is being made to facilitate earthworks for construction of a new railway bridge.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be indicated on the ground.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 11 September 2017.
(A4538 Evesham Road to Edwards Lane, White Ladies Aston) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of A4538 Evesham Road to Edwards Lane, White Ladies Aston from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Moat Farm Lane in order to facilitate BT Openreach works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2125 road from A4538 Evesham Road to Edwards Lane, A44 Evesham Road, Edwards Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing
11 September 2017.
(B4196 Shrawley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of B4196 Shrawley from its junction with
U64208 Shrawley to its junction with C2234 Shrawley in order to facilitate
BT works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4196 Shrawley, B4196 Holt Heath, A443 Witley Road, A443 Little Witley, A443 Worcester Road, A451 Stourport Road, A451 Yarhampton, A451 Dunley, A451 Dunley Road, B4194 Pearl Lane, B4196 Astley, B4196 Shrawley and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:
12 September 2017.
(Footpaths NJ-523, NJ-524, NJ-545 & NJ-548, Norton Juxta Kempsey and Footpath SN-524, Stoulton)(Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Proposed Order: to close the entire lengths of Footpaths NJ-523, NJ-524, NJ-545 & NJ-548, Norton Juxta Kempsey and Footpath SN-524, Stoulton.
The Order is being made to facilitate construction work for a new
railway station.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: is along Footpath NJ-526, Norton Juxta Kempsey, C2055 Woodbury Lane, B4084 Pershore Road, U47604 Mucknells Lane and Footpath SN-615, Stoulton, and vice versa
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding

(U50006 Britannia Square & U50004 Britannia Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of U50006 Britannia Square & U50004 Britannia Road, Worcester in two phases:-
(a) U50006 Britannia Square - from its junction with A38 Upper Tything
Moor to its junction with U50006 Back Lane South.
(b) U50004 Britannia Road - from its junction with U50006 Back Lane
South to its junction with U50001 Moor Street.
Order is being made to facilitate carriageway reconstruction works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative Routes Diversion (a) - U50001 Moor Street, U50003 Loves Grove, A449 Castle Street, A38 Foregate Street, A38 The Tything, A38 Upper Tything and vice versa
