We, Westcliff Rugby Football Club Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Rochford District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the relocated Westcliff Rugby Club clubhouse to be built to the north of the existing clubhouse at the new Airport Business Park, Southend-on-Sea, Essex to provide in the premises the supply of alcohol 24 hours per day. Regulated entertain­ment including live and recorded music between 12:00 hours and 03:00 hours daily and late night refreshment between 23:00 hours and 05:00 hours daily together with one occasion per year when alcohol, live and recorded music and late night refreshment may be provided until 02:00 hours in a marquee. This application is intended to be an exact replacement of the existing licence and merely seeks the same facilities for the new premises as have been enjoyed by the present premises.
