ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL SHERIFF LANE BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 740) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable gas mains works to be executed on or near Sheriff Lane, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Sheriff Lane from its junction with Otley Road to a point outside No 1 Sheriff Lane. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Sheriff Lane (unaffected section), Southway, Moor Croft, Otley Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on 11th September 2017 and remains in force until 16th September 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 7th day of September 2017
