I Nicholas Portman of 33 Charles Street, Newport NP20 1JT hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below: Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the premises between 0700 and 2200 hours Monday to Sunday.

The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Objections or representations may be served in writing to the below address no later than 22nd September 2017. Licensing Services Information Station Queensway, Newport NP20 4AX It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
