Pursuant to S27 The Trustee Act 1925 (as amended) NOTICE Is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an Interest In the estate of June Martin late of 39 Conway Road, Cannlngton, Bridgwater, TA7 2NP who died on 21 October 2016 and a Grant of Probate to whose estate was granted on 21 February 2017 Is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by 3 October 2017 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person whose claim or interest he shall not have then had notice.
