OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (WITNEY AREA) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 29 August 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the order, which comes into force on 11 September 2017, is to extend the 30 mph speed limit in Curbridge Road leading out of Witney by 45 metres (in place of the existing 60mph limit) to cover the area of new development. The Oxfordshire County Council (Witney Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2011 is revoked/replaced.
