I give notice that Mr & Mrs M Betney are applying to Durham County Council for planning permission for the development of 12 no. dwellings on land south of Green View Lodge, Hamsterley. Any owner of any part of the land who has freehold interest or leasehold interest with at least 7 years left to run who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Principal Planning Officer, Durham County Council, G73-82, County Hall, County Durham, DH1 5UL within 21 days of the date of this notice.
