Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of Stuart Nightingale late of 12 Pole Lane Darwen in the County of Lancashire BB3 who died on the 5th day of January 2017 (and to whose Estate Letters of Administration were granted to) Raymond Swindlehurst the [Administrator(s)] therein named on the 17th day of August 2017, is required to send particular thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 17th day of November 2017 after which date the [Administrator(s)] will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
