NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of c. 2.17 acres of land deemed to be Public Open Space at Shrewsbury Road, Walcot, Swindon. The land is to be leased to New College for use as an enclosed all-weather football pitch. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 15 December 2015.
