Planning permission for proposed provision of 6 number passing bays along the C1060, together with road widening and provision of mirror at crossroads at C1060 from Bockleton Heading South to A44, and near Bilfield Farm, Hatfield, Leominster (Application Ref. 153482).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the County of Herefordshire District Council ("known as Herefordshire Council") have made an order under section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act to revoke the above planning permission. Herefordshire Council have been notified in writing by the owner and the occupier of the land and by all persons who in the Council's opinion will be affected by the order that they do not object to the order Any person who will be affected by the order and who wishes for an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by a person appointed by the Secretary of State must give notice in writing to that effect to: Secretary of State C/O National Planning Casework Unit, 5StPhillips Place,Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2PW (npcu@communities.gsi.gov.uk) not later than 28 September 2017.If nosuch notice is given by 28 September 2017,the orderwilltakeeffect by virtue of the provisions of section 99(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 on 14 October 2017 without being confirmed by the Secretary of State.
