QUEEN ELIZABETH 1 FOUNDATION HARTLEBURY (Charity Registration No:- 527594). EDUCATION GRANTS
The Trustees of Queen Elizabeth 1 Foundation will be prepared to consider applications for promoting the education of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the Ancient Parish of Hartlebury, and who can satisfy the Trustees that they are in need of assistance.
An application for assistance must be made in writing and sent to the Clerk to the Trustees, Mr.T.Morgan c/o "The Heath" Wilden Top Road Stourport-on-Severn, Worcs, DY13 9JF giving brief particulars of the applicant and his or her needs and requirements. The Clerk will then send to the applicant the appropriate application forms for completion and return. Completed forms should reach the Clerk no later than the 31 st January 2018.

NB. THE EXTENT OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF HARTLEBURY is defined on plans which may be inspected by prior arrangement at the offices of Messrs.mfg solicitors LLP, Adam House, Birmingham Road Kidderminster Worcs, DY10 2SH ( Ref:-JTP ). T. Morgan ( Clerk to the Trustees )
