Notice is hereby given that on 22nd August 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Ayr by Edmundson Electrical Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Will Wilson Electrical Limited, Company No SC477173 and having their registered office at 24 Beresford Terrace, Ayr, KA7 2EG be wound up by the Court in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 29th August 2017 appointed any other persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EE within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointing Brian Milne, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB as provisional liquidator.
