ST. HELENS BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (as Amended) – SECTION 14(1) THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS (HARESFINCH ROAD, ST HELENS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of St. Helens propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicles to proceed in either direction along Haresfinch Road at the railway bridge. The Order will come into force on Monday 18th September, 2017, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to be one week.
