(U42403 Church Lane, Tibberton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U42403 Church Lane, Tibberton from its junction with C2076 Plough Road north to its junction with C2076 Plough Road south in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2076 Plough Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 04 September 2017.
(A422 Alcester Road, Inkberrow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of A422 Alcester Road, Inkberrow from its junction with U43206 Dormston Lane to its junction with C2053 Cockshot Lane in order to facilitate BT Openreach ducting works.
Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandor premisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. (C2051 Stockwood Lane, Inkberrow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2051 Stockwood Lane, Inkberrow from its junction with A422 Alcester Road to its junction with C2051 Withybed Lane in order to facilitate BT ducting works.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Middle Street and Southfield Street, Worcester]
On 17 August 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Middle Street (both sides) from its junction with Southfield Street for a distance of 5.7 metres in a north westerly direction. Southfield Street (north
westside)from itsjunction with MiddleStreetfor adistance of3.7 metres in a north easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 7 September 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevantmap and StatementofReasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive,
Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned byapplication to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
