Notice is hereby given that I Inoka Abeysinghe Achchige have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Saints Food & Wine, 144-146 Church Road, Haydock St Helens, Merseyside, WA11 0LA
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: Substitution of approved plan The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30a.m. and 4.30p.m. Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 03 October 2017.
It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
