LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that I Ali Yurdakurban have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Breeze Bar, 87 Ormskirk Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 2TD

Under the provisions of the licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:

1) To update and amend the existing operating schedule.



2) To remove a number of existing conditions.



3) To allow the premises to trade until 5am on no more than 12 occasions per calendar year.



The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Any representation must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 21 September 2017.

It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
