PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION EVENT

Public consultation on a forthcoming Planning Application to be submitted to Fife Council by Daisy No.2 Ltd, a subsidiary of Island Green Power UK Limited (IGP).

Proposal: Development of a Battery Storage Facility on land adjacent to the existing Glenniston substation located between Little Raith Farm and Powguild Farm, Lochgelly (approximately 1.5km north of Auchtertool).

Local residents are invited to attend a public consultation event which will take place on Friday 8th September, 2.30pm until 7.30pm, at Auchtertool Village Hall, Main St, Auchtertool, Kirkcaldy.

The event will provide information on the proposed development, and the project team will be in attendance to discuss the proposals with interested parties.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above event and/or in writing to JLL, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, Edinburgh, EH3 8LL, by Friday 15th September 2017.

This notice does not relate to a planning application and comments should not be made to Fife Council.

Any comments made to the prospective Applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted by Daisy No.2 Ltd to Fife Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
