The Secretary of State givesnoticeofthe proposal to makeanOrder under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of awestern part width of HolyroodCrescent adjacent to the eastern boundary of Betty Entwistle House at St. Albans,inthe City and District of St. Albans.
If made,the Order would authorise the stopping up onlytoenabledevelopment as permitted by St. Albans City and District Council, under reference 5/16/2039.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be availablefor inspection during normal opening hours at St. Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St. Peters Street, St. Albans,Hertfordshire, AL1 3JE in the 28 days commencing on 06 September 2017, and maybeobtained, free of charge,fromthe address stated below(quotingNATTRAN/E/S247/2979).
