NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Watford Borough Council, acting as agent for Hertfordshire County Council, in order to improve road safety and prevent obstruction to the free flow of traffic propose to make the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce new waiting restrictions as specified in the schedule below.

Documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals may be inspected during normal office hours at the Customer Service Centre of Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford, WD17 3EX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday from 30.08.17. Alternatively, they can be viewed on the Council's website at www.watford.gov.uk/askparking. General enquiries relating to the proposals should be referred to Brian Scott Tel. 01923 226400 or email developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made and any other representations must be made in writing to Andy Smith, Transport and Infrastructure Section Head, Watford Borough Council, Town Hall, Watford WD17 3EX. Electronic objections and representations can be submitted by email to developmentcontrol@watford.gov.uk. The deadline for the receipt of objections is 22.09.17.
