Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Works to a Listed Building Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990
Application Reference No. R/05/94C/LB From Mr & Mrs Rowland-Hill for listed building consent to re-roof main house; re-build chimneys and install lead flashings; make good water tabling; replace damaged stone to front door surround; fit lead trays above west windows and carry out internal and external works at Spensley House, Gunnerside.
