IN THE ESTATE OF HARRY WATSON WALTON DECEASED PURSUANT to the Trustees Act 1925 Notice given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Harry Watson Walton late of Holly Lodge Care Home, Shildon, County Durham, DL4 1NX formerly of Christmas Cottage Ovington, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 7DA and previously of Forest City, North Carolina, United States of America who died on 14th February 2017 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle upon Tyne District Probate Registry on 31st July 2017 by Gillian Gibson the Executrix named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 26th day of October 2017 after which date the said Executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims in which she has then had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands she had not had notice.
