LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Vale of White Horse District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Seacourt Bridge Inn at 78 West Way, Oxford, OX2 0JB. The applicaton includes the following terms:

1. To advance the commencement hour for all existing licensable activities on Sundays and Christmas Day to 10:00.
2.To advance the opening hours of the premises to 08:00 daily.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th September 2017 (www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
