Notice is hereby given that Belal Khan has applied in respect of the 11 Station Road, Tiptree Essex C05 0AZ, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: the sale of alcohol from the Premises and the playing of recorded background music at the Premises Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 14 September 2017 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
