CROYDON COUNCIL HANDCROFT ROAD, CROYDON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the building of 29 new flats, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to:

a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the schedule;

b) temporary closure to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified;

c) temporary close any adjoining streets to those specified in the schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress;

d) temporarily introduce banned turns or waiting restrictions at any time should this be required;

e) Any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate the building works.

2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to

(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or

(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be signposted accordingly.

4. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. During the prohibitions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriate.

6. The Order will come into operation on the 31 August 2017 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2002. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS BUTTERMERE GARDENS, DERWENT DRIVE, GRISEDALE
GARDENS AND GRISEDALE CLOSE, PURLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Buttermere Gardens, Derwent Drive, Grisedale Gardens and Grisedale Close, Purley.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -

(i) "At any time" waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced in the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice;

(ii) One-way traffic will be introduced in Buttermere Gardens and Derwent Drive for the duration of the works;

(iii) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the work in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via local roads as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 04 September 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 32 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be necessary.

5. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Buttermere Gardens Derwent Drive Grisedale Close Grisedale Gardens

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS CORNWALL ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a gas disconnection, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Cornwall Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Cornwall Road between its junctions with Theobald Road and Westfield Road.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 31 August 2017 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN CROYDON The Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No.B19) Traffic Order, 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council, proposes to make the above Traffic Orders under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce "at any time" double yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice, to reduce existing single yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice, and to extend existing "at any time" loading restrictions in the lengths of streets specified in Schedule 3 to this Notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Order Making Section, Parking Design Team, Place Department, Croydon Council, Floor 6 Zone C, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1 EA or email Parking.Design@croydon.gov.uk quoting the reference PD/CH/B19 by 22 September 2017.

6. The Order is intended to introduce new or extend existing waiting/ loading restrictions at various locations. These measures are intended to address all or some of the following situations; improve safety by providing increased visibility, especially at junctions and on bends; prevent obstructive parking so that turning vehicles have sufficient manoeuvrability and improve access for all road users, especially pedestrians, cyclists, emergency and public service vehicles. The Order is also intended to reduce single yellow line restrictions in two locations where they are no longer considered to be necessary.

- The west side, from its junction with Sumner Road southwards for a distance of 38 metres (amending existing single to double yellow lines).

Keeley Road
- The north-east to south-west arm, the north-west side, extending the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Frith Road by 5 metres north-eastwards. (Also see Schedule 3).

- The north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side, extending the existing double yellow lines at the junction of the north-west to south-east arm of Keeley Road and the north-east to south-west arm of Keeley Road by 5 metres north-westwards. (Also see Schedule 3).

(Reducing existing single yellow line waiting restrictions, operating from 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday) Fernhurst Road
Both sides, reducing the length of the existing single yellow lines at the junction with Lower Addiscombe Road by 8 metres at their south-eastern ends.
Sherwood Road
The north-east side, reducing the length of the existing single yellow line at the junction with Lower Addiscombe Road by 7.5 metres at its south-eastern end.
SCHEDULE 3
(Extending existing "at any time" loading restrictions) Keeley Road
- The north-east to south-west arm, the north-west side, extending the existing loading restrictions at the junction with Frith Road by 5 metres north-eastwards. (Also see Schedule 1).

- The north-west to south-east arm, the south-west side, extending the existing loading restrictions at the junction of the north-west to south-east arm of Keeley Road with the north-east to south-west arm of Keeley Road by 5 metres north-westwards. (Also see Schedule 1).
