ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)

Temporary Parking Suspension Belgrave Road, Barnes

(Reference 17/147)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works, they intend to make



a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Belgrave Road, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Belgrave Road, Barnes from a point outside No. 9 Belgrave Road to a point 4 metres south of its northern limit.



3. The order will come into effect on 4 September 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 September 2017 until 31 December 2017 and he order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until works are completed whichever is the sooner. The restrictions will apply at such times and to such an extent as indicated by signs/cones.



4. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.



5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

(b) Somerset Road, on its south-eastern side from its junction with Stanley Road, north-eastwards for a distance of 35 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 4 September 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 4 September 2017 until 5 September 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



5. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.



6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTIONS 14 (1) and 15(2)

Temporary Road Closure, Parking Suspensions, Waiting Restrictions and Parking Provisions Amyand Park Road, Cheltenham Avenue, Devoncroft Gardens and Mary's Terrace, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works to be undertaken



at Twickenham Station, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce restrictions to traffic in Amyand Park Road, Cheltenham Avenue, Devoncroft Gardens and Mary's Terrace, Twickenham

2. Whilst the works take place,



(a) the disabled persons' parking bay outside No 9 Devoncroft Gardens shall be suspended;



(b) the shared-use bays on Amyand Road, on its north-western side between No 47 and No 53 Amyand Road shall operate as permit holder bays only, the hours of operation being 8.30am to 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive;



(c) the parking bay on the north-eastern side of Cheltenham Avenue shall be extended so that it is sited on its north-eastern side, from a point



5 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Amyand Park Road north-westwards for a distance of 15 metres;

(d) the permit holder bays located from a point 47 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Railway Approach north-eastwards for a distance of 56 metres shall be suspended;



(e) the permit holder bays located from a point 25 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Railway Approach north-eastwards for a distance of 12 metres shall be suspended;



(f) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand at any time in the following lengths of road:-



(i) Mary's Terrace, the south-eastern side, from the south-western kerb-line of Beauchamp Road, south-westwards for a distance of 7 metres;



(ii) Beauchamp Road, the south-west side, from the north-western kerb-line of Mary's Terrace, south-eastwards for a distance of 7 metres;



(iii) Amyand Park Road, from the south-western kerb-line of Beauchamp Road to a point 7 metres south-west of the south­western kerb-line of Beauchamp Road.



(g) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Mary's Terrace at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs. This may be required from time to time on a number of occasions whilst the works are being undertaken,



3. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Amyand Park Road, Beauchamp Road, Strafford Road, Richmond Road, York Street, Arragon Road, London Road and Railway Approach and vice versa.



4. The order will come into effect on 29 August 2017. The Order will be in force at all times from 29 August 2017 until 30 June 2020 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. The Council is satisfied that the works will take longer than 18 months and the Council shall revoke the order when the works are completed if earlier than



30 June 2020.

5. Nothing in this Order will apply to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.



6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions The Green, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water main repair, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in The Green, Twickenham.



2. Whilst the Order is in force no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in The Green on its southern side, from its junction with May Road to a point opposite the common boundary of Nos 80/82 and 84 The Green.



3. The order will come into effect on 2 September 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 2 September 2017 until 3 September 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



5. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

Temporary Road Closure Holly Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Holly Road, Twickenham.



2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Holly Road, from its junction with Heath Road to its junction with Copthall Gardens.



3. The order will come into effect on 7 September 2017. The restrictions will be in force between 9.30am and 4.30pm on 7 and 8 September 2017 and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.



4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Heath Road and Copthall Gardens. Access will be maintained where practicable at the Copthall Gardens junction..



5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.



6. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or



(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.



7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Langham Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that due to the likelihood of danger to the public arising from obstructive parking, they have made a temporary Traffic Order,



the effect of which is to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Langham Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the Order remains in force, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand on the north-eastern side of Langham Road, from the northern kerb-line of the west to east arm of Kingston Lane north­westwards for a distance of 15 metres



3. The order will come into effect on 29 August 2017. The restrictions will be in force at all times and he order will remain in force for a period of 18 months.



4. Nothing in the Order applies to:



(a) any vehicle being used in connection with any public service or utility vehicle;



(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Stanley Road, Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make



a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Stanley Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the Order is in force no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in



(a) Stanley Road, on its north-eastern side from its junction with Somerset Road south-eastwards for a distance of 25 metres; and
