Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend,under its relevant powers,to make the U82204 Walnut Tree Avenue, Hereford Temporary Suspension of Prohibition of Commercial Vehicles of Over 3 Tons Order 2017 to temporarily permit any vehicle to use(if appropriate) the length of said highway classified as the U82204 Walnut Tree Avenue, Hereford between the junction with the A49 Ross Road to the junction with the A465 Belmont Road OS Grid Ref: 350758 / 239172; between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00.
The said suspension is required due to night­time works being carried out on the A49 'Asda' Roundabout, and to allow traffic to be diverted while the works are taking place. The said suspension will come into force on 11th September 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 21 days.
