PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To whom it may concern We the Management Committe do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of the Club Premises Licence at 98/100 Glebe Street, Penarth CF64 1ED Known as Penarth Labour Club.... The application is to vary the Licence from 11.00hrs to 01.00hrs for the provision of live and recorded music from 11.00hrs to 02.00hrs for the provision to supply alcohol Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, or by e-mail to licensing@valeof glamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Date 14th August 2017
