I give notice that FCC Environment,Ground Floor West, 900 Pavillion Drive, Northamptonshire, Northampton, NN4 7RG is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for a Section 73 application to continue the development of a Household Waste Recycling Centre (planning permission 04/1485/P/CM) without complying with condition 2, to allow the facility to continue to operate following the cessation of landfilling, until 31st December 2028 at Dix Pit HWRC, Road From Linch HillTowards Lakeside Industrial Estate, Linch Hill, Stanton Harcourt, OX29 5BB.
