THE HERTFORDSHIRE (SHENLEY ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce waiting restrictions in Borehamwood as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 28 August 2017. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be inspected from 24 August 2017 to 5October 2017 during normal office hours, at the offices of Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, ElstreeWay, Borehamwood and at Main Reception, Hertfordshire County Council, County Hall, Pegs Lane, Hertford or viewed on line at ww.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Hertsmere and looking at Ref: H00217.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any lnstrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
SCHEDULE: No waiting at anytime - effecting those sections of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and accompanying plan - Parts of Shenley Road, between no's 292 and 357; and the un-named road located on the south west side of no 304 Shenley Road.
