Notice is hereby given that on 4th August 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Scottish Water Business Stream Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, and having a Registered office at 12 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 5AL craving the Court inter alia that Chris Hart Business Sales Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, and having a place of business at Flat 3-7 & 3-8, 12 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 5AL be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 4th August 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or
