LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF NEW PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

Notice is given that: My Time Fine Fare Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence, licensable activities as follows: For the sale of alcohol Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12:00hrs to 23:00hrs, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12:00hrs to 19:00hrs, Christmas Eve, St Patricks Day 12:00hrs to 24:00hrs, New Years Eve 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs at My Time, 375 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, N13 4JG.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application, must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk WITHIN 28 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION 12/08/2017. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/services/ business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@ertfield.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises Licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
